FAQ
How long is an appointment?
Appointments typically take about 40 minutes. During that time, you’ll have our total attention.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself - but if you have any medical reports or imaging results (MRI, X-ray), or a referral letter please bring them along.
What should I wear?
Your normal clothes are fine to wear, however we recommend loose, comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement and allow exposure of the injured area. For lower back or lower limb problems, loose shorts are the best option. If you have a neck, upper back, or shoulder problem, you will usually be asked to remove your top so we can clearly see your posture, however for ladies, it’s absolutely fine to wear a strappy top or vest if you feel more comfortable like this. Sports bras are not ideal in this instance.
Does my child need an adult present?
We request that any child under the age of 16 always has an adult present.
Do I need to be an athlete or sportsperson?
No.
We have extensive experience working with athletes, but our primary focus is on everyday individuals, spanning all age groups. Our clients range from non-athletic to high-performance athletes of every age. Regardless of your background or age, we provide each client with a personalised treatment program tailored to their unique needs

Following Your Programme
Following your programme using the Client App
The best way to follow your exercise program is using the Rehab Guru Client App. The app can be downloaded from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Further guidance can be found on its use below: Getting started with the Rehab Guru Client app.
Following your program on the Web
Viewing your program on the Web is as simple as clicking the button 'Click here to View Program Online' from the email. Alternatively, you can visit the Rehab Guru Client portal directly by browsing to https://app.rehabguru.com/portal. When the page loads, you can copy and paste the unique prescription ID from the email into the text area and tap load program.
Can I claim for treatment through my Health Insurance?
Reimbursements are available on our services through your private health insurance. It is important to note that refund amounts vary between insurance companies and are dependent on an individual’s health insurance plan. We recommend that you contact your health insurance company for more information regarding your cover. We ask all of our clients to pay upfront for their treatment. We will provide the necessary receipts at the end of your treatment for you to pass onto your insurance company.
What happens if I can’t make my booked appointment?
Please call us as soon as you know you can’t make an appointment. If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, no charge will be made. However, for missed appointments and those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, €40 will be charged.
